Got our sofa, chair, and ottoman and have found out after a month waiting for it, and never got the two throw pillows which was told to forget it this week at the Columbia, Missouri store that the over $3000.00 set is from China and junk. Need to change name to China Row and China Mart. My money will never be spent there again. Add comment

Item was on Back Order. Was told I would have it delivered at the end of February. I purchased January 3rd. On February 05 I was told due to a strike in California I may not even get my order until April. No compensation at all. ordered 2 - 3 piece sectionals from sofa mart. took order- told me delivery usually with in 2 weeks. at two weeks i called, got to speak with a condescending *** who could not be bothered with checking the status. Interesting that the reviews on this site show a pattern of poor customer service. I'm stuck with a four thousand dollar couch that has fallen apart and is miserable to sit on after 6-8 months of use. In fact, this is the 2nd repair. Although it's under warranty, Sofa Mart and it's management have refused to fix the couch properly (after numerous visits) and are refusing to replace it. ... Read more

This has been the worst purchasing experience of my life hands down. I've never been so frustrated dealing with any company. I've talked to many different people at the sofamart in Draper, UT. It's takes weeks for your furniture to arrive. So if you don't accept a damaged piece, you have to wait 3 more weeks to complete the "set" Read more

We purchased several pieces of leather furniture from Sofa Mart about 2 years ago. At the time we purchased the extended warranty. Of course when you buy it they promise you it covers everything. After a couple months one of the chairs started to unravel on the sewing where the cushion meets the stuffing. We did pay 3,500 for the furniture. I normally shop at American Furniture Warehouse and say what you want about them, at least they have what you order in stock and deliver it when they say they will. So I began my journey a few years ago when I bought 3 couches with the company, then one of those couches broke and because it was under warranty they replaced it with another set of furniture because they no longer have that couch available.
